Dear 31st PPC Chairs and members,In this trying time of the Covid-19 pandemic, Chinese Institute of Land Appraisal (CILA) remains committed to take precautions necessary to safeguard everyone’s safety. As such, the 31st Pan Pacific Congress of Real Estate Appraiser, Valuers and Counsellors (31st PPC) will be scheduled to 5th – 8th September 2023 in Taiwan. Meanwhile, we are considering the forum’s topic “The Impacts of COVID-19 and Global Political Economy on Real Estate” which illustrating real estate current role in this changing world amid pandemic disturbance and uncertainty of global political economy. However, any suggestion to the forum’s topic is welcome. We eagerly await your participation in 31st PPC Forum.
